libapache2-mod-proxy-html software package provides Transitional package for apache2-bin, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libapache2-mod-proxy-html
libapache2-mod-proxy-html is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libapache2-mod-proxy-html package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libapache2-mod-proxy-html *
You will get with libapache2-mod-proxy-html package name, version, architecture and description in a table
